Our instructors recently participated in a professional development training delivered by Stephen O'Farrell from Pearson, focusing on the Global Scale of English (GSE) and the integration of Soft Skills into language education. Through hands-on activities with the GSE Toolkit, participants explored how courseware, curriculum design, learning objectives, and assessment can be effectively aligned.
