İngilizce Hazırlık Programı Üçüncü Modül için 2. Kısa Sınav tarih ve saat bilgileri, her bir grup için, aşağıda belirtilmiştir.
Sınavlar, aşağıda belirtilen tarih ve saatte, kendi dersliğinizde gerçekleştirilecektir.
Sınavda “Language Use”, “Vocabulary”, “Reading Comprehension” ve “Listening” alanlarının hepsini ya da birkaçını ölçmeye yönelik sorular bulunacaktır.
Sınava gelirken kurşun kaleminizi, silginizi ve öğrenci kimliğinizi yanınızda bulundurduğunuzdan emin olun.

Mazeret Sınav Talebi:
Mazeret sınavı talepleri için mazeret sınavı başvuru formunun doldurularak mazereti kanıtlayan belgelerle birlikte, sınavı takiben 5 iş günü içerisinde, ydyo@sakarya.edu.tr adresine eposta ile gönderilmesi ve bu form ile belgelerin ıslak imzalı/orijinal hallerinin Yabancı Diller Yüksekokulu sekreterliğine teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir.
Geçerli mazeretleri incelenerek başvuruları uygun bulunup onaylanan öğrenciler için daha sonra bir mazeret sınavı düzenlenecektir.

SECOND QUIZ ANNOUNCEMENT
The date and time of the Second Quiz for the Third Module of the English Preparatory Program are listed below for each group.
The quizzes will be held in your own classroom on the date and time shown below.
The quiz will include questions that test one or more of the following areas: Language Use, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, and Listening.
Please make sure to bring your pencil, eraser, and student ID card with you to the exam.

Make-up Exam Request:
For make-up exam requests, the make-up exam application form must be filled out and sent to the ydyo@sakarya.edu.tr address by e-mail within 5 working days following the exam, together with the documents proving the excuse, and this form and the original signed / original versions of the documents must be submitted to the secretariat of the School of Foreign Languages.
A make-up exam will be held later for students whose valid excuses are examined, and applications are approved.
